I don't have immediate need for a video editor but most likely will in the future. But I would immediately use the screen/video capture on the current laptop I have, hence ONE ACTIVATION. Sooner or later this laptop will be retired, it's W7 and getting slow. So, if it doesn't last till a new one is bought a clean op.system install will breath some life back to it, hence TWO ACTIVATIONS. Another thing that I noticed is that there was no $50 price on the authors website, instead was $19 when buying from them. That brought my confidence low enough to not make a purchase.
